During the focused two day intensive meetings, you will identify why the organization exists to both members of the business and your clients and answer the questions, “Where do I/We see this business going?” and "Who will we be when we arrive?"
We will help you identify the business' key values and how they will drive the business culture. These values will guide how customers/clients are engaged, and connect the key stakeholders to the responsibility of driving and maintaining the business' culture.
You will create your Strategic Prioritization by assessing different strategic objectives and prioritizing how they should be addressed based on the cost, time, and effort required to execute versus the anticipated benefits. We will review your ideas, highlight the issues to be addressed, and identify the enablers.
You will learn systems and processes to put in place that will help your business reach its major milestones, align the right team members to tasks, and identify immediate opportunities for the business.

RACI (the Responsibility Matrix):
Develop a clear process for team responsibilities. This tool identifies who is Responsible and Accountable and who needs to be Consulted or Informed. This powerful tool will help your team focus on how to move the work and laser focus each person's role.
This tool helps you determine the impact of each strategic initiative on your business operations and outcomes.
A timeline will be provided for each strategic initiative.

Keith has more than 20 years of hands-on experience managing the Strategic Planning function for global organizations.
In his role as Senior VP of Business Decision Support at Warner Bros. Entertainment, he was responsible for the management of six cross-functional teams driving strategic initiatives across different parts of the business.
Keith’s role included teaching the team members how to map out internal processes, how to identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement, and how to apply
various strategic tools and methodologies to efficiently implement change and monitor the benefits.
